Hemos observado que el etanol provoca reorganizaciones en el citoesqueleto de actina, a trav\u00e9s de alteraciones en la v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n rhoa\/rock y en el ciclo de generaci\u00f3n de los fosfoinos\u00edtidos. Paralelamente, hemos descrito potenciales agentes terap\u00e9uticos capaces de mitigar afectaciones relacionadas con los desordenes relacionados con el alcoholismo fetal en el sistema nervioso central. Uno es el \u00e1cido lisofosfat\u00eddico que consigue normalizar la v\u00eda rhoa\/rock y los niveles de fosfoinos\u00edtidos, otorgando a la c\u00e9lula una correcta organizaci\u00f3n del citoesqueleto de actina. El segundo son sub-nanopart\u00edculas de plata que tienen propiedades citoprotectoras sobre cultivos celulares expuestos a etanol, debido a que son capaces de electrooxidar el etanol utilizando el
