El estudio demuestra que todas las intervenciones reducen la lesi\u00f3n hepatocelular. Sin embargo, se vislumbran mecanismos diferenciales en los mecanismos intracelulares de citoprotecci\u00f3n de los antioxidantes. En este sentido, nac, q y mntbap previenen el estr\u00e9s oxidativo y la oxidaci\u00f3n de componentes clave de la funci\u00f3n mitocondrial como son gsh y q10, que se relacionan con la disminuci\u00f3n de la muerte celular por d-galn y gcdca en hepatocitos. De forma diferente, ?-Tocoferol presenta una capacidad limitada de inhibici\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s oxidativo en los hepatocitos. Sin embargo, se observa una importante actividad en la regulaci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n de numerosos genes implicados en la metabolizaci\u00f3n e incorporaci\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas con actividad hepatot\u00f3xica. En este sentido, es muy relevante su papel, a trav\u00e9s del incremento del \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico (no) celular, en la reducci\u00f3n de la expresi\u00f3n del transportador de sales biliares al interior del hepatocito (ntcp), as\u00ed como de su grado de s-nitrosilaci\u00f3n y nitraci\u00f3n, procesos ambos que reducen la incorporaci\u00f3n de sales biliares al hepatocito. Es tambi\u00e9n de gran importancia el incremento de la expresi\u00f3n de cpt-1 por ?-Tocoferol en los hepatocitos sometidos a citotoxicidad por d-galn.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
