Trinidad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se han hecho dos aportaciones al modelo de regulacion de las rutas catabolicas del plasmido tol pwwo de pseudomonas putida: se ha observado que xy1s se expresa desde dos promotores, uno dependiente de sigma 54 y de xy1r activida tras union a efector (descrito anteriormente y denominado ahora ps1) y otro constitutivo e independiente de sigma 54 (descrito por primera vez en este trabajo y denominado ps2). Tambien se ha observado que la expresion del promotor pm es dependiente de sigma 70 en fase exponencial temprana de crecimiento y de sigma s en fase exponencial tardia y estacionaria.  en esta tesis tambien se han determinado en mayor detalle los sitios de union de xyl s en pm y se ha comprobado que el motivo tacan4tgca situado entre las posiciones -46 y -57 es critico para la estimulacion de la expresion de pm dependiente de xyls y que el motivo tgca -67\/-70 es necesario para la estimulacion maxima de la transcripcion desde pm en presencia de la proteina xyls silvestre.  tambien se ha actualizado la familia de reguladores xyls\/arac incluyendo las proteinas introducidas recientemente en las bases de datos y se ha estudiado la regulacion de las rutas catabolicas del plasmido tol pwww53.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracterizacion del regulador transcripcional xy1s del plasmido tol de pseudomonas putida.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracterizacion del regulador transcripcional xy1s del plasmido tol de pseudomonas putida. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Gallegos Fernandez M.
