Que coincide con la dosis terapeutica como dosis dintel de embrioletalidad. 3.- Podemos designar el estadio 14 de h.H. Como el de mayor incidencia embriotoxica, disminuyendo la embriotoxicidad al aumentar el estadio para una misma dosis. 4.- La microsomia fue la alteracion mas frecuentemente observada encontrandose en la practica totalidad de los embriones tratados. 5.- De las malformaciones encontradas destacaba en primer lugar la microencefalia que representa el 22,6%, microftalmias unilaterales 19,8%, encefalosquisis y torsion truncal 16,9%, con menor frecuencia anoftalmias, agenesia de cola, anencefalias y exocardias.  siendo estadios de mayor embriotoxicidad el 10 y el 14 de h.H., Con un 42,5% y un 41,2% respectivamente de embriones mal-formados. Mientras los estadios 18 y 22 de h.H.
