Se propone un nuevo modelo, con un enfoque dirigido al sector b2c, y desde la perspectiva del usuario. Adem\u00e1s, se dise\u00f1a un camino metodol\u00f3gico particular. Las p\u00e1ginas web, el registro de usuarios, el correo electr\u00f3nico, los foros de discusi\u00f3n, las salas de conversaci\u00f3n, las preguntas frecuentes, y otras aplicaciones de internet, determinan favorablemente, la identificaci\u00f3n, interacci\u00f3n, personalizaci\u00f3n, con los usuarios; asimismo, la situaci\u00f3n de la presencia de la empresa definida por el estadio del sitio web, y la evaluaci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n de parte de los usuarios afectan positivamente la estrategia de marketing de relaciones en internet. Esto, implica que el marketing de relaciones a trav\u00e9s de internet, es una estrategia que favorece la construcci\u00f3n de relaciones provechosas entre la empresa y los usuarios de los sitios
