{"id":107254,"date":"2011-09-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-09-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-ecografico-del-biceps-braquii-en-perros-sanos\/"},"modified":"2011-09-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-09-03T00:00:00","slug":"estudio-ecografico-del-biceps-braquii-en-perros-sanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-agrarias\/estudio-ecografico-del-biceps-braquii-en-perros-sanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio ecogr\u00e1fico del biceps braquii en perros sanos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> JavierFernando Rivas Guerrero <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estudio ecografico del biceps brachii en perros sanos  objetivos desarrollar un protocolo de examen ecogr\u00e1fico para la evaluaci\u00f3n del tend\u00f3n b\u00edceps braquial en perros. describir los hallazgos ecoanat\u00f3micos  del tend\u00f3n  y las estructuras anexas a \u00e9l.  establecer rangos est\u00e1ndar de la medida del grosor del tend\u00f3n en funci\u00f3n del peso, altura y otras variables en perros sanos.  comparar los cambios hallados en algunos pacientes con cojera de extremidad anterior, con los perros sanos del estudio.  con clusiones el protocolo de examen ecogr\u00e1fico dise\u00f1ado en este trabajo es \u00fatil para el estudio secuencial del tend\u00f3n b\u00edceps braquial y estructuras anexas. en la zona i se estudia el tub\u00e9rculo supraglenoideo, el tercio proximal del tend\u00f3n b\u00edceps braquia l, el espacio articular y la ep\u00edfisis proximal del h\u00famero. en la zona ii se estudia el tercio medio del tend\u00f3n, la regi\u00f3n peritendinosa y el surco intertubercular. En esta zona se toma la medida del grosor del tend\u00f3n, ya que presenta la mejor ventana  ecogr\u00e1fica para su exploraci\u00f3n. en la zona iii se eval\u00faa la transici\u00f3n fibrilar hiperecogenica del tend\u00f3n a la muscular m\u00e1s hipoecogenica. en la zona iv se valora el m\u00fasculo b\u00edceps braquial proximal. la exploraci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica se debe realizar para eva luar parcialmente el cart\u00edlago y la cabeza humeral. en los animales estudiados, no se encontr\u00f3 diferencia significativa entre el grosor de los tendones derecho e izquierdo por grupos de peso, sucediendo lo mismo con la altura. de acuerdo al sexo, el grosor de los tendones en machos es significativamente mayor que en hembras a partir de los 21 kilos de peso. los rangos de medida est\u00e1ndar del tend\u00f3n b\u00edceps braquial obtenidos en este estudio pueden ser una herramienta subjetiva debido a las diversa s variables que se deben controlar, como son entre otras, la
