Las mol\u00e9culas objeto de estudio son s\u00f3lidas en condiciones normales por lo que su estudio experimental se ha llevado a cabo mediante espectroscop\u00eda de rotaci\u00f3n por transformaci\u00f3n de fourier en haces moleculares y ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser como m\u00e9todo de vaporizaci\u00f3n (la-mb-ftmw). As\u00ed se obtuvieron por primera vez los espectros de rotaci\u00f3n en fase gas para los amino\u00e1cidos proteicos treonina, prolina, fenilalanina y tirosina, adem\u00e1s del espectro de rotaci\u00f3n del neurotransmisor triptamina. En el \u00faltimo cap\u00edtulo de la tesis se contribuye a la construcci\u00f3n y puesta a punto de un espectr\u00f3metro de masas de tiempo de vuelo acoplado a un sistema de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser similar al utilizado en el experimento de microondas con el fin de monitorear el proceso de ablaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como para la mejora de las condiciones experimentales
