La generaci\u00f3n de vapores acoplada a la espectroscopia at\u00f3mica proporciona una gran sensibilidad, especificidad y una alta eficiencia a la hora de la introducci\u00f3n de la muestra. En el futuro proyecto de tesis se emplear\u00e1 principalmente como t\u00e9cnica de detecci\u00f3n la espectroscopia de emisi\u00f3n de plasma por acoplamiento inductivo, que presenta la ventaja de ser una t\u00e9cnica de an\u00e1lisis multielemental. El nebulizador neum\u00e1tico empleado corrientemente como introductor de la muestra en el plasma proporciona entre 1-5% de eficiencia en la transferencia del analito de una soluci\u00f3n acuosa al plasma. Sin embargo, si el vapor es separado eficientemente de la fase acuosa puede ser posteriormente arrastrado cuantitativamente a la base de la antorcha, disminuy\u00e9ndose as\u00ed los l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica. Por \u00faltimo, las t\u00e9cnicas de generaci\u00f3n de vapor presentan una alta selectividad, lo cual podr\u00eda posibilitar la determinaci\u00f3n de distintas especies de un determinado analito variando las condiciones del medio de reacci\u00f3n, empleando agentes quelatantes o t\u00e9cnicas separativas como la cromatograf\u00eda de gases o cromatograf\u00eda de l\u00edquidos en
