En la primera se desarrolla, valida y aplica metodolog\u00eda anal\u00edtica basada en el acoplamiento gc-ms para la determinaci\u00f3n de contaminantes org\u00e1nicos persistentes en muestras procedentes de la acuicultura marina. En la segunda parte se han explorado las posibilidades que ofrece el analizador de tiempo de vuelo desde el punto de vista cualitativo y confirmativo de contaminantes org\u00e1nicos mediante t\u00e9cnicas de screening. Por \u00faltimo, las metodolog\u00edas anal\u00edticas disponibles se aplican al estudio de la posible bioacumulaci\u00f3n de contaminantes en los productos de la acuicultura marina, en el marco del proyecto aquamax (www.Aquamaxip.Eu). en esta tesis doctoral se ha desarrollado y aplicado metodolog\u00eda anal\u00edtica altamente especializada con instrumentaci\u00f3n avanzada basada en el acoplamiento gc-ms. La metodolog\u00eda desarrollada presenta excelentes caracter\u00edsticas anal\u00edticas y resulta de inter\u00e9s tanto en an\u00e1lisis de rutina de estos contaminantes como para la investigaci\u00f3n y b\u00fasqueda de contaminantes de creciente inter\u00e9s, tanto en el mundo alimentario como en el campo medioambiental.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
