The university of veracruz is a premier institution of the mexican southeast in the presence, in number of educational programs offered in their research, cultural outreach and extension programs. With the design of a pilot test and the results obtained were designing a virtual campus for the expansion of undergraduate education offered by the faculty of administrative and social
