Este polifac\u00e9tico autor cultiv\u00f3 su talento en distintos \u00e1mbitos de las artes gr\u00e1ficas, por ello, esta investigaci\u00f3n profundiza en diferentes facetas que se entremezclan diacr\u00f3nicamente a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional: el arte publicitario, el dise\u00f1o y la ilustraci\u00f3n editorial, el cartelismo, el humor gr\u00e1fico, la creaci\u00f3n art\u00edstica y la direcci\u00f3n art\u00edstica tanto teatral como cinematogr\u00e1fica.   esta investigaci\u00f3n ha requerido un dise\u00f1o metodol\u00f3gico que abarca el an\u00e1lisis hist\u00f3rico-documental, el an\u00e1lisis cualitativo, la entrevista cualitativa as\u00ed como el an\u00e1lisis de contenido de una muestra compuesta por 3.438 anuncios gr\u00e1ficos publicados en las principales revistas ilustradas espa\u00f1olas de principios de siglo (la esfera, blanco y negro, nuevo mundo, cr\u00f3nica y estampa). En particular, en el \u00e1mbito del arte publicitario, se han analizado e identificado las caracter\u00edsticas esenciales y los principales motivos iconogr\u00e1ficos de los mensajes publicitarios
