Nuestros resultados muestran que las c\u00e9lulas nk responden a las modc infectadas con hcmv, que presentan una menor expresi\u00f3n de mol\u00e9culas mhc de clase i en superficie. Espec\u00edficamente, demostramos que la infecci\u00f3n por hcmv disminuye la expresi\u00f3n en superficie de hla-e en las modc, liberando la inhibici\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas nk nkg2a+. Demostramos que los receptores de c\u00e9lulas nk nkp46 y dnam-1 tienen un papel dominante en el reconocimiento de las modc infectadas con hcmv, poniendo en evidencia la importancia de la din\u00e1mica de los mecanismos de inmunoevasi\u00f3n en la susceptibilidad a la respuesta nk. Finalmente, vemos que los interferones de tipo i y la il-12 secretados en respuesta a la infecci\u00f3n por hcmv participan en la activaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula nk, en la secreci\u00f3n de ifn-gamma e inhiben la expresi\u00f3n y la funci\u00f3n de nkg2d en las c\u00e9lulas nk, como un potencial mecanismo de regulaci\u00f3n para prevenir la reactividad nk contra c\u00e9lulas vecinas
