En este tra bajo se ha demostrado que el \u00e1cido polisi\u00e1lico (psa) potencia la migraci\u00f3n de las dcs maduras a ccl21 pero no a ccl19. Esta potenciaci\u00f3n se traduce en una mayor se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de las v\u00edas de jnk y akt, ambas asociadas con el control de la qui miotaxis a trav\u00e9s de ccr7, de las dcs con psa frente a aquellas que no lo tienen. Este efecto potenciador del psa en la migraci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas dendr\u00edticas a ccl21 se debe a la presencia en esta quimioquina de una regi\u00f3n c-terminal b\u00e1sica que por intera cci\u00f3n de cargas se unir\u00eda al psa. La mol\u00e9cula aceptora mayoritaria de psa en dcs es la nrp2 , en este trabajo, se ha demostrado que las dcs expresan las isoformas de nrp2 nrp2a y nrp2b, ambas son susceptibles de polisialilarse a trav\u00e9s de la polisial iltransferasa st8siaiv, y su sobre-expresi\u00f3n y polisialilaci\u00f3n en dcs potencia la quimiotaxis a ccl21. Estos resultados sugieren que el psa sobre la nrp2, act\u00faa como un m\u00f3dulo de uni\u00f3n para la quimioquina ccl21, facilitando su captura y presentaci\u00f3n al receptor ccr7. De esta manera el eje ccr7\/ccl21\/nrp2\/st8siaiv constituye una gu\u00eda importante en la migraci\u00f3n de las dcs a los \u00f3rganos linfoides secundarios. en este trabajo tambi\u00e9n se ha investigado el papel del psa en la migraci\u00f3n in vivo usando un modelo xenogr\u00e1fico de rat\u00f3n. En este modelo, la inyecci\u00f3n de dcs sin psa en las almohadillas plantares de los ratones, resultaba en una dr\u00e1stica disminuci\u00f3n de la migraci\u00f3n a los n\u00f3dulos linf\u00e1ticos, lo que nos permite afirmar que el psa es un fact or crucial para la migraci\u00f3n in vivo de las dcs a los \u00f3rganos linfoides secundarios.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
