Estos metodos de procesamiento se fundamentan en lo que se denomina en la presente tesis como mascara de eliminacion de ruido.  se trata de una imagen binaria que localiza los pixeles afectados por el ruido, de manera que se filtran solo aquellas partes de la imagen que realmente lo necesitan.  tanto la mascara como el filtro en si operan utilizando la informacion proporcionada por las matrilces de composicion, las cuales indican la probabilidad de que un pixel de una cierta region de la imagen tenga un determinado nivel de gris.  para comprobar la eficacia de los metodos propuestos se han realizado experiencias, comparando los resultados entre si, y con otros algoritmos de especial relevancia, ampliamente aceptados en la literatura.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
