En este caso los ciclop\u00e9ptidos sintetizados presentan una \u00edY-lactama 3,4-disustituida los cuales incorporan un grupo polar en el c4 de la misma. Mediante la s\u00edntesis de 4 esterois\u00f3meros, se pretende localizar espacialmente la hipot\u00e9tica interacci\u00f3n de puente de hidr\u00f3geno entre el grupo polar presente en el ciclop\u00e9ptido y el grupo hidroxilo de alguna tirosina presente e el centro activo de la integrina. El an\u00e1lisis conformacional mostr\u00f3 que los cuatro compuestos sintetizados tienen un comportamiento conformacional homog\u00e9neo, es decir, ni la configuraci\u00f3n del nuevo esterocentro ni la configuraci\u00f3n cis, trans del sustituyente afectan de forma significativa a la conformaci\u00f3n del ciclo. Mediante el ensayo de inhibici\u00f3n celular se ha podido determinar que los cuatro compuestos sintetizados presentan una alta potencia inhibitoria de la integrina \u00c2\u00bfv\u00edY3 siendo del mismo orden o incluso mayor que el compuesto de referencia cilengitide\u00c2\u00ae en alg\u00fan caso. Por \u00faltimo se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis g\u00e9nico al compuesto que mayor actividad presentaba y se compar\u00f3 con el compuesto de referencia cilengitide\u00c2\u00ae comprobando la gran
