A pesar de que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os la mayor\u00eda de los investigadores se han centrado en la aplicaci\u00f3n de algoritmos estoc\u00e1sticos a la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas de s\u00edntesis \u00f3ptima, \u00e9stos m\u00e9todos precisan de un refinamiento de sus soluciones mediante t\u00e9cnicas locales. Este trabajo se centra en mejorar y desarrollar un m\u00e9todo de s\u00edntesis \u00f3ptima local basado en el gradiente.  la principal ventaja del m\u00e9todo aqu\u00ed desarrollado consiste en la obtenci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica de la matriz jacobiana del error de s\u00edntesis respecto de las variables de dise\u00f1o, de tal manera que se cumplen adem\u00e1s las ecuaciones de ensamblado del mecanismo.  entre las mejoras incluidas en este trabajo se encuentran: un estudio de diversos m\u00e9todos para el c\u00e1lculo del m\u00f3dulo del vector de descenso, la detecci\u00f3n y correcci\u00f3n de defectos de cambio de rama y una estrategia de mejora de la convergencia para problemas de generaci\u00f3n de trayectorias y guiado de s\u00f3lido r\u00edgido. Todo ello se refunde en una metodolog\u00eda de optimizaci\u00f3n integrada para la s\u00edntesis con objetivos de posici\u00f3n (o de orden 0).  por otra parte, el m\u00e9todo se ha desarrollado para ser capaz de afrontar problemas de s\u00edntesis \u00f3ptima dimensional con objetivos de velocidad (o de orden 1), y de posici\u00f3n y velocidad conjuntamente.  para demostrar los avances propuestos se incluyen numerosos ejemplos de aplicaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como un estudio detallado de los mecanismos de direcci\u00f3n m\u00e1s utilizados en veh\u00edculos, poniendo especial atenci\u00f3n a la
