Se han utilizado metodos in vitro e in vivo en animales de experimentacion y una vez comprobados los parametros oportunos se procedio al desarrollo de dos estudios clinicos en ni\u00f1os malnutridos e infectados y en ni\u00f1os intolerantes a proteinas de leche de vaca, concluyendose que el hidrolizado era adecuado para la alimentacion de ni\u00f1os inmunocomprometidos. Por tanto el hidrolizado objeto de estudio es apto para la formulacion de dietas destinadas a nutricion enteral de lactantes y adultos enfermos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
