Comprobaci\u00f3n de la aditivaci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas mediante la t\u00e9cnica de ftir. Estudiar la posible aplicaci\u00f3n de las t\u00e9cnicas xrd, sem y tem para determinar el grado de exfoliaci\u00f3n de los nanocompuestos, lo cual influye sobre las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y barrera de los films desarrollados. A su vez, se abordar\u00e1 el estudio de la cin\u00e9tica de migraci\u00f3n de sustancias desde los films hacia diferentes simulantes de alimentos y el efecto de las nanopart\u00edculas sobre la cin\u00e9tica de dichas sustancias. As\u00ed mismo, se desarrollar\u00e1n sistemas de envases activos con antioxidantes naturales o sint\u00e9ticos y se evaluar\u00e1 la efectividad de estos para prolongar la vida \u00fatil de diversos
