{"id":108180,"date":"2018-03-11T10:32:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:32:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/problemas-matematicos-en-biomedicina\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:32:52","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:32:52","slug":"problemas-matematicos-en-biomedicina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/matematicas\/problemas-matematicos-en-biomedicina\/","title":{"rendered":"Problemas matem\u00e1ticos en biomedicina."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Irene Peral Walias <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis estudia la propagaci\u00f3n del impulso nervioso en nervios motores de animales vertebrados identific\u00e1ndolos con soluciones de tipo onda viajera de una gama de modelos capaces de proporcionar predicciones cuantitativas como el modelo de fitzhug h-hodgkin-huxley, hasta modelos simplificados para el estudio cualitativo de la propagaci\u00f3n del frente delantero de los impulsos, como los de fitzhugh-nagumo o nagumo discretos. Se introduce una estrategia asint\u00f3tica para obtener predicciones cuantit ativamente correctas de la velocidad e intensidad de los impulsos, as\u00ed como de los rangos de los par\u00e1metros en los que es posible la propagaci\u00f3n. Esta estrategia explota la separaci\u00f3n de escalas presente en las ecuaciones y el hecho de que la propaga ci\u00f3n se produce a ?Saltos?(Aproximaci\u00f3n por el nodo activo). Se identifican mecanismos causantes de fallos de propagaci\u00f3n no presentes en los nervios de animales invertebrados, debidos a la naturaleza espacialmente discreta del modelo, que acopla ecu aciones para la cadena de nodos de ranvier y las zonas internodales recubiertas de mielina. Se han obtenido resultados rigurosos para modelos simplificados. Para ecuaciones biestables discretas en espacio, se han dado condiciones de anclaje y propaga ci\u00f3n de frentes y resultados precisos de existencia de frentes viajeros y estacionarios. Para sistemas biestables se han formulado resultados rigurosos de propagaci\u00f3n y anclaje, as\u00ed como condiciones para la existencia y estabilidad de frentes estacio
