contexto de los cursos de actualizaci\u00f3n ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica, cal, una opci\u00f3n formativa en el que un grupo de profesores andaluces de la ense\u00f1anza no universitaria, una vez acabada su jomada laboral, aprende una lengua extranjera, debido a las necesidades derivadas del plan de fomento del plur\u00edling\u00ed\u00bcismo. el objetivo del mismo es llegar a comprender la percepci\u00f3n del complejo proceso de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje en el que se halla inmerso el alumnado informante, profesorado en activo que al acabar su jomada laboral aprende una le en el contexto del desarrollo del pfp y especialmente del programa de centros biling\u00ed\u00bces. el trabajo, adem\u00e1s, incide en la comprobaci\u00f3n del grado de adaptaci\u00f3n de dicha opci\u00f3n formativa a las necesidades y expectativas del grupo referido y, del grado de adaptaci\u00f3n a las necesidades de la administraci\u00f3n educativa andaluza al respecto. incluye adem\u00e1s la comprobaci\u00f3n de la medida en la que una serie de factores que suelen afectar a los procesos de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje de personas adultas, influyen en este caso
