within\u00c2\u00a0 this\u00c2\u00a0 general\u00c2\u00a0 framework,\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0main\u00c2\u00a0 objective\u00c2\u00a0 of\u00c2\u00a0 this\u00c2\u00a0 doctoral\u00c2\u00a0 thesis\u00c2\u00a0 is\u00c2\u00a0 studying\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0 potential\u00c2\u00a0use\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0 fine\u00c2\u00a0materials\u00c2\u00a0 resulting\u00c2\u00a0 analysis,\u00c2\u00a0mineralogical\u00c2\u00a0 characterization,\u00c2\u00a0 determination\u00c2\u00a0 of\u00c2\u00a0 heavy\u00c2\u00a0metals,\u00c2\u00a0 determination\u00c2\u00a0 of the\u00c2\u00a0 content\u00c2\u00a0 in\u00c2\u00a0 organic\u00c2\u00a0 matter,\u00c2\u00a0 determination\u00c2\u00a0 of\u00c2\u00a0 total\u00c2\u00a0 polychlorobiphenyls\u00c2\u00a0 pcbs. likewise,\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0contents\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0chlorides\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0sulfates\u00c2\u00a0were\u00c2\u00a0also\u00c2\u00a0determined.\u00c2\u00a0 for\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0 studies\u00c2\u00a0on\u00c2\u00a0pastes\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0mortars\u00c2\u00a0several\u00c2\u00a0 tests\u00c2\u00a0were\u00c2\u00a0carried\u00c2\u00a0out:\u00c2\u00a0normal\u00c2\u00a0consistency test,\u00c2\u00a0marsh\u00c2\u00a0 cone,\u00c2\u00a0mini\u00c2\u00a0 slump,\u00c2\u00a0 truncated\u00c2\u00a0 cone,\u00c2\u00a0 flexural\u00c2\u00a0 strength\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0compressive\u00c2\u00a0strength tests.\u00c2\u00a0during\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0studies\u00c2\u00a0concerning\u00c2\u00a0concrete,\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0following\u00c2\u00a0aspects\u00c2\u00a0were\u00c2\u00a0 characterized:\u00c2\u00a0 workability;\u00c2\u00a0 compressive,\u00c2\u00a0 flexural\u00c2\u00a0 and\u00c2\u00a0 splitting\u00c2\u00a0 tensile\u00c2\u00a0 strengths;\u00c2\u00a0 impact\u00c2\u00a0 and\u00c2\u00a0 abrasion strength;\u00c2\u00a0water\u00c2\u00a0penetration;\u00c2\u00a0capillary\u00c2\u00a0suction;\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0volume\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0accessible\u00c2\u00a0pores.\u00c2\u00a0 the\u00c2\u00a0studies\u00c2\u00a0carried\u00c2\u00a0out\u00c2\u00a0on\u00c2\u00a0pastes\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0mortars\u00c2\u00a0have\u00c2\u00a0highlighted\u00c2\u00a0that\u00c2\u00a0even\u00c2\u00a0if\u00c2\u00a0the\u00c2\u00a0fineness\u00c2\u00a0of\u00c2\u00a0
