En la segunda parte se estudia el \u00e1mbito legal: lal leyes que han ido configurando el sistema educativo espa\u00f1ol desde 1970 y los curr\u00edculos derivados en relaci\u00f3n con el \u00e1lgebra. Finalmente, en la tercera parte se presenta la descripci\u00f3n, experimentaci\u00f3n, a n\u00e1lisis a posteriori y validaci\u00f3n de la propuesta did\u00e1ctica, que tiene como objetivo, adem\u00e1s de profundizar en la significaci\u00f3n inicial de los objetos algebraicos, mostrar la utilidad did\u00e1ctica de algunas de las principales aportaciones de la epistem olog\u00eda gen\u00e9tica, particularmente, su propuesta para describir los procesos de objetivaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las etapas intra-, inter-, y trans- objetal, tomando para ello la teor\u00eda de las
