Su aplicaci\u00f3n en cat\u00e1lisis asim\u00e9trica conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de productos enantiopuros los cuales son de gran relevancia para la industria farmac\u00e9utica y agroqu\u00edmica, entre otras. Sin embargo desde el punto de vista econ\u00f3mico, la aplicaci\u00f3n de estas metodolog\u00edas es bastante limitada, debido al alto coste de los ligandos quirales y metales nobles utilizados en tales  [+]transformaciones. Por otro lado, a veces los productos finales obtenidos contienen altos niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n por metales, que pueden llegar a ser un serio inconveniente si el metal es t\u00f3xico. Actualmente, se est\u00e1n desarrollando distintas estrategias para la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de catalizadores homog\u00e9neos en distintos soportes s\u00f3lidos, con el objetivo de combinar la eficiencia de los catalizadores homog\u00e9neos asim\u00e9tricos con las ventajas propias de los catalizadores heterog\u00e9neos (f\u00e1cil separaci\u00f3n, reutilizaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de dichos catalizadores). Una ventaja adicional que poseen los catalizadores inmovilizados en soportes s\u00f3lidos es la posibilidad de implementar procesos de flujo continuo, simplemente atravesando el catalizador soportado con una mezcla de substratos y reactivos. Este trabajo se desarrolla en el marco del dise\u00f1o modular de ligandos para cat\u00e1lisis asim\u00e9trica con metales y en las distintas estrategias para su inmovilizaci\u00f3n covalente. En esta memoria, se describe la s\u00edntesis de nuevos sistemas organomet\u00e1licos catal\u00edticos inmovilizados y su utilizaci\u00f3n posterior en la formaci\u00f3n enantioselectiva de enlaces carbono-carbono y carbono-hetero\u00e1tomo a trav\u00e9s de procesos con caracter\u00edsticas de sostenibilidad mejoradas (supresi\u00f3n de los procesos requeridos para la separaci\u00f3n del catalizador de los productos de reacci\u00f3n, m\u00ednimo uso de disolventes org\u00e1nicos en las reacciones catal\u00edticas, evitar la utilizaci\u00f3n de grupos protectores y, por consiguiente, de pasos de protecci\u00f3n y de desprotecci\u00f3n).
