{"id":108276,"date":"2011-06-05T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-06-05T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-va%c2%ada-de-senalizacion-insulina-igfs-en-procesos-de-neurogenesis-adulta\/"},"modified":"2011-06-05T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-06-05T00:00:00","slug":"la-va%c2%ada-de-senalizacion-insulina-igfs-en-procesos-de-neurogenesis-adulta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/biologia-celular\/la-va%c2%ada-de-senalizacion-insulina-igfs-en-procesos-de-neurogenesis-adulta\/","title":{"rendered":"La v\u00edade se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n insulina\/igfs en procesos de neurog\u00e9nesis adulta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Laura Chirivella Clemente <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los factores de crecimiento relacionados con la insulina (igfs) han sido ampliamente estudiados en diversos sistemas y su participaci\u00f3n en el desarrollo del sistema nervioso ha sido demostrada en numerosos trabajos; sin embargo, sus funciones en el cerebro adulto est\u00e1n menos estudiadas. el estudio en modelos gen\u00e9ticos murinos deficientes en irs2, una de las prote\u00ednas irss que median la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n activada por los igfs, presentan un claro fenotipo a nivel del cerebro, indicando que la  v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n igfs\/irs2 es fundamental durante el desarrollo embrionario del cerebro. El hecho  de que la insulina sea un componente cl\u00e1sico en los medios definidos utilizados para el cultivo de neuroesferas, obtenidas tanto de cerebros fetales como adultos, indica que esta v\u00eda de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n  puede tener un papel relevante en las nsc\/nps de la sez adulta y por tanto, una implicaci\u00f3n en la neurog\u00e9nesis de esta zona. El presente trabajo de tesis doctoral se centra en el estudio del papel de  los igfs en el comportamiento de las nscs adultas aisladas de la sez. Los datos obtenidos indican que los igfs act\u00faan como mit\u00f3genos en los cultivos de neuroesferas aisladas de la sez, activando la formaci\u00f3n de esferas y la proliferaci\u00f3n de las mismas. En condiciones de diferenciaci\u00f3n,  los igfs promueven la proliferaci\u00f3n de los progenitores neurales, facilitan la producci\u00f3n de neuronas y oligodendrocitos, pero no de astrocitos, y potencian la neuritog\u00e9nesis.
