Todos los m\u00e9todos de an\u00e1lisis desarrollados se han validado siguiendo criterios de calidad recogidos en las gu\u00edas europeas con el fin de que los datos obtenidos sean altamente fiables. la investigaci\u00f3n se estructura en dos grandes bloques. En el bloque 1 se han desarrollado aplicaciones para el an\u00e1lisis de residuos de plaguicidas en muestras vegetales. Se desarrolla metodolog\u00eda multiresidual empleando la t\u00e9cnica de lc-ms\/ms y uhplc-ms\/ms con analizador de triple qqq para la determinaci\u00f3n de compuestos con caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmicas muy diversas y dificultad expresa en an\u00e1lisis gc. Tambi\u00e9n se reporta metodolog\u00eda gc-ms capaz de determinar, conjuntamente, dos fungicidas problem\u00e1ticos: captan y folpet, dada su inestabilidad qu\u00edmica y t\u00e9rmica.  en el bloque 2, se emplea la t\u00e9cnica gc-ms(ms) con distintos analizadores para la determinaci\u00f3n de plaguicidas ocs y pcbs en muestras procedentes de la acuicultura marina.
