La resoluci\u00f3n de estas estructuras complementa la caracterizaci\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica de estas prote\u00ednas y resulta esencial para comprender su funcionamiento y propiedades, a la vez que abre las puertas a nuevos estudios bioqu\u00edmicos, cristalogr\u00e1ficos y bioinform\u00e1ticos. la estructura de la fad sintetasa bacteriana en ausencia de ligandos ha mostrado por primera vez una organizaci\u00f3n oligom\u00e9rica en la que los dos sitios activos se sit\u00faan consecutivamente, de modo que el producto de la primera reacci\u00f3n no se liberar\u00eda de la prote\u00edna antes de unirse en el segundo sitio. La estructura de dos complejos del modulo quinasa de esta enzima en presencia de ligandos revela grandes cambios conformacionales ligandos a la uni\u00f3n de fmn y adp. las estructuras de los mutantes de fld revelan cambios en el momento dipolar que explican la falta de interacci\u00f3n y transferencia electr\u00f3nica con la fnr. Adem\u00e1s, los ligeros cambios en el entorno del cofactor permiten comprender la modulaci\u00f3n del potencial redox en fld. las estructuras de los mutantes y complejos de fnr con sustituciones en la zona de interacci\u00f3n con el coenzima permiten comprender los par\u00e1metros que afectan a la especificidad por el coenzima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
