Su empleo ha sido imprescindible para el conocimiento de centenares de nuevas mol\u00e9culas y receptores.   \ten esta tesis doctoral se han producido una serie de anticuerpos monoclonales producidos por inmunizaci\u00f3n de ratones con c\u00e9lulas embrionarias humanas, siendo el primer estudio hecho en nuestro pa\u00eds. Concretamente se han obtenido 62 anticuerpos, de los cuales se han podido caracterizar por completo dos de ellos, hnrnpk \/psf y catalasa. Algunos de los anticuerpos parecen reconocer mol\u00e9culas espec\u00edficas de la l\u00ednea que se utiliz\u00f3 como inmun\u00f3geno, la l\u00ednea de c\u00e9lulas embrionarias humana hs181, y otros de ellos reconocen mol\u00e9culas que se encuentran en las c\u00e9lulas en estado de apoptosis celular.  \tel posible empleo de estos anticuerpos en el diagnostico de enfermedades y su utilidad en universidades y centros de investigaci\u00f3n es uno de los puntos importantes a destacar en este trabajo de tesis. El anticuerpo hnrnp k \/ psf, por ejemplo, podr\u00eda utilizarse como herramienta de prognosis en ciertos tumores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
