Procesos que se han considerado desvinculados de estructuras membranales y con funcionamiento independiente de cada una de las enzimas que lo integran se estan considerando actualmente como complejos multienzimaticos. Que interaccionan con las membranas. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es determinar las condiciones fisiologicas en que se producen las interacciones de la fbpasa y nadp-mdh con sus activadores, td f y td m, asi como las referentes a la union de dichas proteinas a las membranas tilacoidales, para demostrar que la fotoactivacion reductiva de ambas enzimas tiene lugar a nivel particulado en las lamelas tilacoidales como una forma
