Ren\u00e9 pe\u00f1a blacutt dirigida por el dr. Javier oyarzun de  laiglesia  tres palabras clave:  costes de transporte, bolivia.   el objetivo de esta tesi s es estudiar si las exportaciones est\u00e1n condicionado por la los costes de transporte. En este caso, de un pa\u00eds sin salida al mar como bolivia.   la pregunta que est\u00e1 en la base de la tesis es, si los pa\u00edses sin salida al mar son distintos del resto.    mi conclusi\u00f3n es que s\u00ed, los pa\u00edses mediterr\u00e1neos son distintos al resto. Y por tanto necesitan pol\u00edticas econ\u00f3micas distintas. Como su desarrollo es obviamente menor, necesitan pol\u00edticas de infraestructuras distintas para converger con sus vecino s con salida al mar.   el comercio mar\u00edtimo ha reducido el coste de transporte para todos los pa\u00edses que tienen litoral y en menor medida a los mediterr\u00e1neos. Por lo tanto tambi\u00e9n se debe inferir una conclusi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de la tesis, que la situaci\u00f3n de  un pa\u00eds que no tiene salida al mar, tiene como consecuencia directa que todo su comercio exterior se vea afectado.  bolivia es un ejemplo de ello, con costes de transporte que hemos encontrado, las importaciones de 20  hasta la llegada a un puerto, y de aproximadamente un 40  hasta la llegada a destino final, en el per\u00edodo de estudio 1980-2006. Los costes de transporte en bolivia superan el 40  del total del precio del producto.   esta tesis consta de tres partes, la primera la de los fundament os te\u00f3ricos de la misma, la segunda que pretende demostrar la hip\u00f3tesis, y la tercera del sector exterior de la econom\u00eda boliviana, que es espec\u00edfico de esta tesis.
