Sobre la base de resultados de caracterizaci\u00f3n no lineal precisa, posibles gracias a la implementaci\u00f3n de novedosos sistemas de medida vectorial en r\u00e9gimen din\u00e1mico, se establecen conclusiones de cara a la mejora de sus modelos, y se acometen dise\u00f1os de diversos circuitos de radiofrecuencia, en especial para ser empleados como transpondedores, capaces de ofrecer elevadas prestaciones mediante soluciones integradas, compactas y de bajo coste. Se incorporan tambi\u00e9n a estas soluciones las prestaciones de los radiadores impresos, de cara a aprovechar su perfil frente a frecuencia, su selectividad en polarizaci\u00f3n, o incluso espacial, en el caso de combinarse en una agrupaci\u00f3n. el trabajo incluye desarrollos te\u00f3ricos, asociados al an\u00e1lisis no lineal de circuitos con herramientas que permitan obtener ecuaciones cerradas, actividades de concepci\u00f3n de plataformas de medida y campa\u00f1as de caracterizaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como fabricaci\u00f3n y puesta punto de soluciones hardware en radiofrecuencia que
