En particular, principalmente por medio de la caracterizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de pel\u00edculas delgadas de dichos materiales fabricados bajo diferentes condiciones de fabricaci\u00f3n.  adicionalmente, se presenta una nueva t\u00e9cnica de caracterizaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, desarrollada y comprobada satisfactoriamente de manera experimental, basada en los transitorios de
