Se ha investigado la aplicaci\u00f3n de las \u00edY-lactamas y 1,2,3-triazoles como moldes conformacionalmente restringidos. Los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis doctoral se han dividido en tres bloques: el primero trata sobre p\u00e9ptidos antig\u00e9nicos \u00edY-lact\u00e1micos dise\u00f1ados como an\u00e1logos del p\u00e9ptido antig\u00e9nico ela implicado en canceres de piel. Se presenta la preparaci\u00f3n de los m\u00f3dulos \u00edY-lact\u00e1micos en disoluci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como su implementaci\u00f3n en los p\u00e9ptidos en fase s\u00f3lida, y la discusi\u00f3n sobre la s\u00edntesis y resultados. Tambi\u00e9n se describen los resultados de los ensayos biol\u00f3gicos para determinar su capacidad de uni\u00f3n a prote\u00ednas mhc-i y la activaci\u00f3n de linfocitos. el segundo bloque trata de la preparaci\u00f3n de moldes bic\u00edclicos, construidos mediante la combinaci\u00f3n de \u00edY-lactamas y 1,2,3-triazoles. Estos moldes conformacionalmente restringidos gradualmente se han aplicado para preparar familias de glicopeptidomim\u00e9ticos derivados del tetrasac\u00e1rido sialyl lewis x.  el tercer bloque recoge el estudio preliminar, tanto de la conformaci\u00f3n, como de la uni\u00f3n a correspondientes lectinas, mediante t\u00e9cnicas de rmn, docking y din\u00e1mica molecular.  la memoria concluye
