Por eso, atiende a los presupuestos ideologicos y al ejercicio de dicha libertad en los distintos ambitos de la praxis docente, tanto en los centros publicos como privados. Aunque la tesis se circunscribe a los niveles de la ense\u00f1anza secundaria y primaria, no se eluden las cuestiones generales que constituyen el nucleo basico de la libertad de catedra.  la investigacion gira en torno a tres ejes principales.  el momento historico-genealogico consiste en el analisis historico-juridico de la configuracion de la libertad de catedra desde la utopia critica ilustrada de una instancia de conocimiento autonoma y secularizada hasta el proceso constituyente de 1978. En el segundo momento, el juridico-conceptual, la indagacion se centra en la estructura basica de nuestra libertad objeto de estudio:  el estatuto juridico (libertad negativa y dimension objetivo-institucional), la titularidad subjetiva (caracter expansivo), el contenido (modalizado y graduado) y los limites (derivados del puesto docente, de los destinatarios, de la especial sujecion y de la lealtad a la constitucion). El momento dinamico se orienta hacia el estudio de la especificidad del ejercicio de la libertad de catedra en la ense\u00f1anza secundaria y primaria, considerando los desarrollos normativos mas recientes. Aqui se pretende hacer un diagnostico del espacio juridico efectivo de dicha libertad, asi como las precariedades, aporias y conflictos que se interfieren en la praxis docente.
