En el presente trabajo se pretende ampliar el abanico de aplicaciones de esta t\u00e9cnica desarrollando nuevas combinaciones de la misma a distintos sistemas de introducci\u00f3n de muestra.  en primera lugar, se presenta el acoplamiento de la cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida a icp-ms junto con microextracci\u00f3n en fase s\u00f3lida (spme) para especiaci\u00f3n. Esta nueva combinaci\u00f3n instrumental se ha aplicado a la determinaci\u00f3n de compuestos organoest\u00e1nnicos en muestras de agua dulce y agua de mar. Aunque el acoplamiento de lc a icp-ms es directo, surgen ciertos problemas derivados de la composici\u00f3n de la fase m\u00f3vil, aspectos que se han estudiado en el presente trabajo. En cuanto al acoplamiento en l\u00ednea de spme a lc-icp-ms, un acoplamiento que no hab\u00eda sido propuesto en la bibliograf\u00eda, ciertas consideraciones han de tenerse en cuenta. Se discute la optimizaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo spme\/lc-icp-ms para la extracci\u00f3n, separaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de compuestos organoest\u00e1nnicos y se presentan los par\u00e1metros de validci\u00f3n (linealidad, l\u00edmites de detecci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n y repetitividad).  en segundo lugar, se presenta una aplicaci\u00f3n medioambiental de ablaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser (la) acoplada a icp-ms. Esta t\u00e9cnica permite el an\u00e1lisis directo de muestras s\u00f3lidas, pero sufre lo que se conoce como fraccionamiento elemental, un fen\u00f3meno dependiente de la matriz considerado como la mayor limitaci\u00f3n para an\u00e1lisis cuantitativos sin patrones matrix-matched. En el presente estudio se han desarrollado patrones s\u00f3lidos de hidroxiapatito (hap) para an\u00e1lisis cuantitativos multi-elementales por la-icp-ms. Se han sintetizado una serie de patrones de hap por co-precipitaci\u00f3n de los analitos con nitrato de calcio tetrahidratado y amoniodihidr\u00f3geno fosfato. Las concentraciones de los analitos en los patrones de hap, su homogeneidad, as\u00ed como la linealidad obtenida fue cuidadosamente investigada y su aplicabilidad evaluada en la primera espina de la primera aleta dorsal de t\u00fanidos. Estas estructuras resultan interesantes porque presentan anillos de crecimiento, y podr\u00edan por ello potencialmente utilizarse como indicadores de contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental. Adem\u00e1s, se han estudiado las correlaciones entre el contenido de elementos traza en estas estructuras y en tejido muscular de t\u00fanidos por icp-ms tras digesti\u00f3n \u00e1cida asistida por
