Partiendo de esta entidad, establecemos un nuestro estudio la regeneraci\u00f3n mediante un canal guia biol\u00f3gico, modificado mediante c\u00e9lulas transducidas.   se ha realizado el estudio de la regeneraci\u00f3n nerviosa perif\u00e9rica en conejos hemb ra de la raza new zealand. Se dividieron los animales en tres grupos, dise\u00f1ando un control correspondiente a la practica clinica ideal (grupo 1), sutura directa de extremos nerviosos, frente a los otros dos grupos en los cuales se establece el dispos itivo de regeneraci\u00f3n biol\u00f3gico (vena caudal del conejo) con aportaci\u00f3n de material intravenoso de fibrina (grupo 2), y fibrina con fibroblastos (grupo 3), separando los extremos nerviosos 4 cm.   se mantuvieron los grupos establecidos en diferentes periodos de tiempo correspondientes a 7 dias, 21 dias y 80 dias.   los conejos se sacrificaron y los espec\u00edmenes correspondientes a las diferentes patas se sometieron a estudios morfol\u00f3gicos de hematoxilina eosina, anticuerpos frente a neurofilamento s y anticuerpos frente a factor de crecimiento endotelial.   los resultados se estudiaron con programa informatico ssps con comparativas entre el numero de axones y las tasas de regeneraci\u00f3n axonal.   el grupo correspondiente a c\u00e9lulas translucidas o bten\u00eda valores significativos frente al grupo de solo fibrina.   la tasa de recuperaci\u00f3n axonal superaba valores del 50  en el grupo de c\u00e9lulas transducidas.   conclusiones   1. El dispositivo elegido como canal gu\u00eda permite el desarrollo axonal en s u longitud creando un ambiente celular adecuado y activo para la regeneraci\u00f3n nerviosa. 2. La presencia del factor de crecimiento endotelial genera un microambiente que potencia tanto la supervivencia como la regeneraci\u00f3n neuronal. Produce activaci\u00f3n  en las dos estirpes celulares principales de los nervios perif\u00e9ricos. 3.
