Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se plantea el estudio de un sistema semiextensivo alternativo al tradicional sistema intensivo; en cada uno de los sistemas se consideran distintos pesos de sacrificio: ligero (425-450 kg), medio (500 kg) y alto (550-570 kg).La raza asturiana de los valles tiende a engrasarse poco, incluso en los sistemas de manejo intensivos, preferentemente en el contenido de grasa intramuscular que no manifesto variaciones significativas debidas al peso de sacrificio en ninguno de los sistemas.Ahora bien al comparar entre sistemas, para cualquiera de los pesos, el contenido de grasa intramuscular fue mayor en el sistema intensivo.
