a los directivos de marketing debe plasmarse en el analisis de nuevas metodolog\u00edas que permitan adquirir un mayor conocimiento de las diferentes realidades existentes en los mercados.  en la investigacion se analiza la importancia de la marca en la estrategia de marketing de las empresas y se desarrolla la tecnica multicriterio ahp para medir la imagen de marca de servicios, como una posible aplicacion de esta tecnica, aunque sus posibilidades de utilizacion en otros tipos de decisiones de marketing son muy amplias.  la aplicacion empirica ha permitido demostrar la aplicabilidad del ahp en el estudio de las percepciones que los clientes financieros tienen de atributos de imagen y su comparacion respecto a un conjunto de entidades financieras.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
