Los \u00e1labes de turbina de gas se ven sometidos a cargas c\u00edclicas, fen\u00f3menos de fluencia y corrosi\u00f3n a alta temperatura. Los materiales m\u00e1s usados en los mencionados componentes son las superaleaciones de base n\u00edquel.   por otro lado, como consecuencia de los transitorios, apagados y encendidos del motor las cargas que conducen a los \u00e1labe (o vanos) al fallo son c\u00edclicas y de origen tanto mec\u00e1nico como t\u00e9rmico. El aspecto m\u00e1s requerido en este campo es el de obtener unos adecuados criterios para la predicci\u00f3n de vida.  con este fin, en este trabajo se han estudiado el comportamiento a fatiga termo-mec\u00e1nica y diferentes metodolog\u00edas de predicci\u00f3n de vida para dos superaleaciones de base n\u00edquel: c-1023 y marm-247. En primer lugar se requiere de un sistema de ensayos capaz de reproducir las cargas idealizadas que se reproducen mediante deformaciones t\u00e9rmicas y mec\u00e1nicas variadas simult\u00e1neamente y de manera independiente. Se ejecutan diferentes tipos de ensayos a diferentes rangos de temperatura, m\u00faltiples deformaciones mec\u00e1nicas y varios tipos de desfases entre las consignas de deformaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica y temperatura. Se estudia el comportamiento del material bajo las m\u00faltiples condiciones de ensayo as\u00ed como la influencia en la vida de los mismos.  los mecanismos de da\u00f1o presentes y factores que pueden influenciar la propagaci\u00f3n de grietas se estudian mediante un an\u00e1lisis de microscop\u00eda. A su vez, se incluye un estudio fractogr\u00e1fico que permite identificar los lugares preferentes para la iniciaci\u00f3n de grieta.   por \u00faltimo, para la predicci\u00f3n de vida se utilizan dos enfoques: el enfoque emp\u00edrico y el basado en micro-propagaci\u00f3n de grietas. Se estudian tanto su capacidad de capturar los da\u00f1os inherentes al proceso de fatiga termo-mec\u00e1nica como su precisi\u00f3n a la hora de predecir vida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
