Tambi\u00e9n analiza los factores sociol\u00f3gicos, culturales, econ\u00f3micos y normativos que intervienen en el uso de la imagen infantil en la publicidad, a la vez que manifiesta un claro inter\u00e9s por mejorar la \u00e9tica y la eficacia del uso del menor en los anuncios. El estudio se divide en dos grandes apartados: un acercamiento te\u00f3rico que comprende el concepto de infancia y la evoluci\u00f3n de la representaci\u00f3n de su imagen a trav\u00e9s del expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica; un repaso al estado de la cuesti\u00f3n y las precedentes investigaciones sobre infancia y publicidad, el an\u00e1lisis de la normativa legal y deontol\u00f3gica que se aplica al objeto de estudio, y una descripci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n actual y futura a trav\u00e9s de entrevistas enfocadas con acad\u00e9micos y profesionales que han trabajado esta cuesti\u00f3n. Una parte pr\u00e1ctica que desarrolla un an\u00e1lisis de contenido audiovisual sobre 243 spots emitidos por las principales cadenas espa\u00f1olas en el a\u00f1o 2007, con variables que atienden a la descripci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de la actividad y actitud del ni\u00f1o, contexto y compa\u00f1\u00eda de la infancia. Tambi\u00e9n se procede al cruce estad\u00edstico de las variables m\u00e1s representativas, que demuestran la vinculaci\u00f3n de determinadas caracter\u00edsticas dentro de los spots. Adem\u00e1s de las conclusiones extra\u00eddas del proceso investigador, se aporta un dec\u00e1logo de &#8211; buenas pr\u00e1cticas para ]a aparici\u00f3n del ni\u00f1o en la
