En este trabajo se ha abordado el estudio de diferentes mecanismos moleculares implicados en el control transcripcional en corinebacterias:  los factores sigma de la rna polimerasa de b.  lactofermentum, que desempe\u00f1an un papel central en el reconocimiento de los sitios de inicio de la transcripcion o promotores.  la identificacion de la proteina dtxr de b.  lactofermentum que controla la expresion de determinados genes en dependencia directa de la presencia de hierro.  este mecanismo unicamente habia sido descrito en corynebacterium diphtheriae, pero los resultados de este trabajo apoyan la hipotesis de la presencia de este mecanismo de regulacion por hierro en distintas bacterias gram-positivas.  el posible mecanismo de antiterminacion de la transcripcion en dependencia directa de un trna especifico, en el operon args-lysa de b. Lactofermentum, que a su vez regula la ruta biosintetica de lisina en funcion de la presencia de arginina. Estos mecanismos de antiterminacion estan ampliamente distribuidos entre genes de aminoacil-trna sintetasas y genes biosinteticos de aminoacidos en bacterias
