A continuaci\u00f3n, a nivel nanom\u00e9trico, se han sintetizado metalodendr\u00edmeros de oro(i) organomet\u00e1licos de alta nuclearidad, empleando para ello dendr\u00edmeros de tipo poliamidoamina (pamam-(nh2)n) modificados en su periferia, llevando a cabo un estudio sobre su tama\u00f1o molecular en disoluci\u00f3n tanto desde el punto de vista experimental (pgse-nmr), como desde el punto de vista te\u00f3rico (c\u00e1lculos te\u00f3ricos de din\u00e1mica molecular md). asimismo, la descomposici\u00f3n controlada de este tipo de metalodendr\u00edmeros de oro(i) macromoleculares de tama\u00f1o nanom\u00e9trico o de compuestos organomet\u00e1licos de oro(i) en presencia de dendr\u00edmeros ha dado lugar a varias metodolog\u00edas de s\u00edntesis de nanopart\u00edculas de oro caracterizadas por el empleo de condiciones de reacci\u00f3n suaves para obtenci\u00f3n de nanopart\u00edculas de tama\u00f1o muy peque\u00f1o (entre 1 y 7 nm) y alta monodispersidad, cuya actividad
