Al final, se suele encontrar una prote\u00edna con una funci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica implicada en la evoluci\u00f3n del proceso. \u00e9sta puede ser susceptible de regulaci\u00f3n mediante la uni\u00f3n a un compuesto qu\u00edmico, lo que la convierte en la diana id\u00f3nea para el dise\u00f1o de nuevos agentes terap\u00e9uticos.   en el \u00e1mbito de la biomedicina, las t\u00e9cnicas de modelizaci\u00f3n molecular han ido adquiriendo una gran importancia durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ya que permiten no s\u00f3lo reducir el tiempo de desarrollo de nuevos f\u00e1rmacos sino tambi\u00e9n el dise\u00f1o de compuestos altamente espec\u00edficos para la diana seleccionada. El presente proyecto trata de aplicar las t\u00e9cnicas de dise\u00f1o racional de f\u00e1rmacos al an\u00e1lisis de las interacciones prote\u00edna-prote\u00edna implicadas en procesos tumorales, con la intenci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1ar compuestos que act\u00faen inhibiendo selectivamente dichas prote\u00ednas.  el estudio se centra en diferentes prote\u00ednas que presentan una marcada desregulaci\u00f3n en diferentes tipos de c\u00e1ncer y para las cuales existen resultados experimentales que las presentan claramente como buenas dianas terap\u00e9uticas. Las dianas seleccionadas est\u00e1n involucradas en dos procesos celulares b\u00e1sicos: la apoptosis (bcl-2) y el ciclo celular (cdk4 y cdk6).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
