Posteriormente se decidi\u00f3 adaptar el sistema quimioluminiscente a las t\u00e9cnicas de an\u00e1lisis por inyecci\u00f3n en flujo (fia) e incrementar la sensibilidad del sistema mediante una esfera integradora acoplada al espectrofluor\u00edmetro. Se realiz\u00f3 la optimizaci\u00f3n multivariante del sistema mediante el m\u00e9todo simplex aplicado a la reacci\u00f3n quimioluminiscente de las hidracidas cincomer\u00f3nica y quinole\u00ednica. finalmente y una vez optimizados los sistemas quimioluminiscentes y de flujo, se han desarrollado m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos para la determinaci\u00f3n de vanadio y cobre en medio acuoso as\u00ed como de metamizol en formulaciones farmac\u00e9uticas, contrastando y validando los resultados obtenidos con los de otras t\u00e9cnicas como la espectrofotometr\u00eda de absorci\u00f3n at\u00f3mica,
