El estudio se realiz\u00f3 en una cuenca forestal (el abelar), el centro de investigaciones agrarias de mabegondo (ciam) y en parcelas agr\u00edcolas del pazo de l\u00f3gora, la coru\u00f1a, espa\u00f1a. Se estim\u00f3 la humedad volum\u00e9trica del suelo (\u00c2\u00bf)  con sondas fdr, seguidamente, mediante un balance h\u00eddrico se calcul\u00f3 la evapotranspiraci\u00f3n (etr). Simult\u00e1neamente se estim\u00f3 la evapotranspiraci\u00f3n de cultivo (etc), seg\u00fan la ecuaci\u00f3n propuesta por la  fao. Se observ\u00f3 una gran variaci\u00f3n de \u00c2\u00bf en los perfiles superiores, este comportamiento se debe a la presencia de cultivos en el ciam y l\u00f3ngora, y \u00e1rboles en el abelar, lo que favorece la r\u00e1pida evapotranspiraci\u00f3n.  Todas las parcelas la etc sobreestima a la etr, principalmente en periodos de menor precipitaci\u00f3n disminuyendo esta tendencia en periodos de mayor precipitaci\u00f3n. Para calcular la etr mediante fdr, es importante tener datos de aportes de agua lo m\u00e1s exactos posible. Los sensores fdr resultan viables como herramienta para estimar el consumo de agua en los cultivos y el estudio de la din\u00e1mica del agua en el suelo en las parcelas de
