Estos compuestos se caracterizan  por ser mediadores lip\u00eddicos implicados en numerosos procesos celulares y se ha descrito que ejercen efectos antiproliferativos, antiinflamatorios y antivirales. Parte de estos efectos biol\u00f3gicos son debidos a su reactividad espec\u00edfica que les permi te modificar covalentemente prote\u00ednas celulares mediante la adici\u00f3n de michael. La identificaci\u00f3n de las dianas proteicas de las cypg resulta esencial en el estudio de los mecanismos de acci\u00f3n que expliquen la actividad biol\u00f3gica de estas pg. Los an\u00e1 logos biotinilados de las cypg han sido ampliamente utilizados como herramientas para la identificaci\u00f3n de las prote\u00ednas modificadas por cypg. Este trabajo se ha centrado en la validaci\u00f3n del uso del derivado biotinilado de la pga1 para la identifica ci\u00f3n de las dianas biol\u00f3gicas de esta cypg, as\u00ed como en la confirmaci\u00f3n de la modificaci\u00f3n de determinadas prote\u00ednas celulares por la pga1-b. Adem\u00e1s hemos caracterizado la modificaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas que componen los filamentos intermedios del citoesqu eleto, como la vimentina y las laminas nucleares, por cypg biotiniladas como
