Este estudio se puede dividir en cuatro bloques fundamentales:  la primera parte trata de obtener parametriz aciones consistentes y fiables para la amplitud de dispersi\u00f3n (scattering) de los procesos ??, Empleando \u00fanicamente los datos experimentales (es decir, sin realizar predicciones te\u00f3ricas). En ella se comentan y analizan los distintos conjuntos de dat os empleados, y las modificaciones requeridas con el fin de tomar en cuenta la violaci\u00f3n de isosp\u00edn que se da en la naturaleza.  la segunda parte explora los conceptos de analiticidad, unitariedad y simetr\u00eda de cruce (crossing symmetry). En ella se p resentan las t\u00e9cnicas dispersivas que empleamos en esta tesis, y se deriva por primera vez un conjunto de ecuaciones dispersivas en ondas parciales, las ecuaciones gkpy. A continuaci\u00f3n estudiamos c\u00f3mo las parametrizaciones obtenidas en la primera par te satisfacen estas relaciones, que se imponen finalmente como ligaduras adicionales con el fin de obtener una descripci\u00f3n de las amplitudes ?? M\u00e1s consistente y fiable.  a continuaci\u00f3n pasamos a estudiar las propiedades anal\u00edticas de las amplitudes al realizar la prolongaci\u00f3n anal\u00edtica de las mismas para valores complejos de la energ\u00eda. Dichas prolongaciones anal\u00edticas, realizadas mediante nuestras ecuaciones gkpy, nos proporcionan una determinaci\u00f3n muy precisa de la posici\u00f3n del polo en el pla no complejo asociado con la resonancia ? O f0(600), basada \u00fanicamente en primeros principios sin asumir ninguna predicci\u00f3n te\u00f3rica.  finalmente emplearemos teor\u00eda de perturbaciones quiral y la expansi\u00f3n del virial con el fin de estudiar la termodin\u00e1m ica de qcd a baja energ\u00eda y de su ruptura de simetr\u00eda. En particular, construimos una descripci\u00f3n independiente del modelo y a baja energ\u00eda de la evoluci\u00f3n del condensado quiral con la temperatura y el potencial qu\u00edmico bari\u00f3nico. Esta descripci\u00f3n in cluye el efecto de las interacciones hadr\u00f3nicas m\u00e1s relevantes, as\u00ed como el debido a la presencia de otros hadrones y resonancias como la ?, Cuya
