Las fuentes principales fueron las revistas, murcia m\u00e9dica (1915-1918), estudios m\u00e9dicos (1920, 1924-1933) y gaceta m\u00e9dica de murcia (1907-1916); como fuentes complementarias participaron, noticias m\u00e9dicas (1926-1936) y levante m\u00e9dico (1928-1932). La recuperaci\u00f3n de fasc\u00edculos fue casi total en las dos primeras; se recurri\u00f3 para enriquecer la investigaci\u00f3n a las actas de la academia, a los fondos documentales del colegio de m\u00e9dicos y al archivo municipal de la capital.  los contenidos de estas revistas murcianas sirvieron para crear bases de datos documentales y sus asientos representan las publicaciones de los acad\u00e9micos murcianos. A partir de la terminolog\u00eda utilizada en los art\u00edculos, se cre\u00f3 un tesauro que permitiera el an\u00e1lisis de los mismos, adem\u00e1s de ser compatible con otros estudios del departamento de historia de la medicina en la universidad de murcia.   en conclusi\u00f3n, la actividad cient\u00edfica murciana estuvo centralizada en las revistas y limitada al \u00e1mbito local, aunque destacan figuras de cierto relieve como la de pascual r\u00edos, p\u00e9rez mateos, albaladejo garc\u00eda y guillam\u00f3n conesa. La especialidad m\u00e1s frecuente en las revistas fue la microbiolog\u00eda, infecciosas y parasitarias; mientras el bolet\u00edn y suplemento de estudios m\u00e9dicos prefirieron el aparato circulatorio y la radiolog\u00eda, radioterapia, actinoterapia y terap\u00e9utica f\u00edsica. La salud p\u00fablica murciana qued\u00f3 reflejada bajo aspectos cl\u00ednicos. Y el momento de esplendor en la academia murciana tuvo lugar entre 1901-1909, y en la primera mitad de los a\u00f1os 20.                                                                                            abstract    this work is focused on the scientific activity carried out by the members of the royal academy of medicine and surgery of murcia during the first third of the 20th century. The main sources were the journals murcia m\u00e9dica (1915-1918), estudios m\u00e9dicos (1920, 1924-1933), and gaceta m\u00e9dica de murcia (1907-1916); as complementary sources, noticias m\u00e9dicas (1926-1936) and levante m\u00e9dico (1928-1932) were used. The collection of fascicles was almost total in the two first ones; in order to enrich this research, the academy&apos;s acts, the medical college&apos;s documentary funds and the local archives of the capital city were resorted to.  the contents of these murcian journals were used to create documentary databases, and their entries represent the publications by the murcian members of the academy. From the terminology used in the articles, a thesaurus was created to allow the analysis of those; in addition to this, it was compatible with other researches of the department of history of medicine in the university of murcia.  as conclusion, the murcian scientific activity was focused in the journals and limited to the local scope, although it must be stressed out the presence of certain prominent figures such as pascual r\u00edos, p\u00e9rez mateos, albadalejo garc\u00eda and guillam\u00f3n conesa. The most common speciality in the journals was microbiology, infectious and parasitic diseases; whereas bolet\u00edn and suplemento de estudios m\u00e9dicos preferred the circulatory system and radiology, radiothepary, actinotherapy and physical therapeutic. The murcia public health was shown from the clinical aspects.
