han sintetizado 7 monomeros derivados del acido isoftalico, que, junto con el cloruro de isoftaloilo, se han polimerizado con 4 diaminas aromaticas comerciales, para obtener 24 nuevas poliamidas aromaticas y 4 polimeros de referencia.Todas las poliamidas se han caracterizado por analisis elemental, viscosimetria, resonancia magnetica nuclear (1h y 13 c rmn, dept, hetcor), espectroscopia infrarroja (ftir) y cromatografia de permeacion en geles (gpc), mediante la que se han determinado los pesos moleculares y su distribucion.Se han determinado las propiedades termicas por calorimetria diferencial de barrido (dsc) y analisis termogravimetrico (tga) las propiedades mecanicas y dinamomecanicas (dmta), la solubilidad y la absorcion de agua de todos los polimeros, y se ha realizado un analisis cualitativo por difraccion de rayos x (waxd) de algunos de ellos.Por ultimo, se han estudiado algunas de las nuevas poliamidas como materiales formadores de membranas para separacion de
