A continuacion se procedio a la expresion en escherichia coli del gen cefg con el fin de conseguir purificar la proteina correspondiente a dicho gen y asi poder caracterizarla adecuadamente, dada la dificultad de purificarla del hongo. Y por ultimo se procedio a intentar superexpresar el gen cefg bajo promotores de alto nivel de expresion en hongos filamentosos, con el fin de conseguir un aumento de la transcripcion de dicho gen, y de determinar el efecto del incremento del nivel de transcrito sobre la produccion de cefalosporina c. Finalmente se realizaron estudios comparativos, a nivel de transcripcion, de la expresion de los distintos genes implicados en la biosintesis de cefalosporina c.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
