Esta cuesti\u00f3n despierta el inter\u00e9s por conocer c\u00f3mo generar entornos con alta capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo. En esta tesis nos proponemos estudiar dos posibles antecedentes de dicha capacidad: el liderazgo altruista y la estructura organizativa org\u00e1nica.   as\u00ed, el objetivo de esta tesis es analizar las relaciones del liderazgo altruista y la organizaci\u00f3n org\u00e1nica con el desempe\u00f1o organizativo, considerando el papel mediador de la capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo. La investigaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica parte de una muestra de 251 empresas espa\u00f1olas excelentes en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos.  los resultados sugieren que aquellas empresas que promueven estructuras organicistas y cuentan con l\u00edderes altruistas desarrollan capacidad de aprendizaje organizativo, lo que se relaciona positivamente con su desempe\u00f1o. Finalmente, hemos realizado algunas sugerencias para futuras l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que complementen este estudio y que tratan de superar sus limitaciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
